The Complete For Life Mortgage Plan offers a package of General Home Insurance from EC Global Insurance along with one other accompanying financial service which can be either a Registered Retirement Investment Account (RRIA) or a Savings Account with a minimum deposit of $100 per month.

We require only a 5% deposit and offer up to a 30 year term (special conditions apply) and your legal and commitment fees are included in the loan.

We give you the freedon to pay more without pre-payment penalties and offer lower interest rates*.

Lower interest rates - the rate discount will be stratified based on the number of add-on features:

• One add-on: 0.25% off
• Two add-ons: 0.50% off

Add on features include:

• Complete Online Banking or Mobile Banking
• Chequing Account
• Overdraft Protection
• Bring a Friend: Customers who qualify for a mortgage and bring/refer a friend who also qualifies to get a lower interest of 0.25% less per customer up to a maximum of 0.5%.

Additional Benefits:

• Consumer Loan at reduced rate
• A small demand loan (between US$5,000 to US$10,000) at the same mortgage rate to purchase furniture.  The amount would be added to the loan i.e. you would deposit 5% towards the combined cost of your home  and furniture.
