ECFH Celebrates its Customers for 9th Anniversary

East Caribbean Financial Holding Company (ECFH) celebrated its 9th anniversary on Thursday, July 1st, and chose to show its appreciation to its customers. ECFH hosted its Customer Appreciation Day across its subsidiaries including all Bank of Saint Lucia branches, the Rodney Bay Business Centre which also celebrated its 1st anniversary, and EC Global Insurance. 'Our Customers, Our Foundation' was the theme of this year's Customer Appreciation Day.

This year, the Group gave back to its customers by introducing a series of exciting prizes, giveaways and collaborating with its corporate partners and customers. Each of the five Bank of Saint Lucia branches recognized their newest mortgage loan customer with a gift basket comprised of household items. The bank was able to do this by partnering with some of its corporate clients who donated the relevant products. Other business clients erected product displays at the branches which were visited by customers throughout the day. Bank of Saint Lucia staff also made courtesy calls to various categories of customers for their loyalty and patronage.EC Global, the insurance arm of the Group, also partnered with its business customers to award special prizes to its long standing and loyal customers.

ECFH customers received free medical screening for their blood sugar and pressure which was facilitated by the Saint Lucia Diabetic and Hypertensive Association, the Soufriere Hospital, the American International Medical University and the International American University.
