Development

As the ECFH group continues to grow the ProDev offers technical and real estate advice to ensure that the specific property needs of all subsidiaries are met and the building/property environment remains conducive to the needs of employees, customers and tenants.

Management and Maintenance

ProDev manages all of the Groups’ properties which includes all buildings and parcels of land. The company also maintains other parcels of land yet to be developed. Apart from managing and developing properties, ProDev ensures that all building services and maintenance needs of the group and other external tenants are met. It is important to ensure that properties are maintained to sustain a safe environment for employees and customers alike and to ensure that all properties continue to command market values.

Lease/Rental

The ProDev is responsible for leasing all properties to the ECFH subsidiaries. The company also rents ECFH properties to other external tenants which bring in revenue from sources external to the group.
