We will respond to all questions within 24 hours during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 9 pm
Saturday: 11 am -7 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm
The only exceptions will be on holidays.

 Can I get my account number on BOSL online app? the info display doesn't show it. It shows name on the account interest paid etc,

Please click on the link to the Application Forms.  Download, complete and return the Personal Complete Online Banking Application Form along with one valid form of Government issued picture ID to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com.

Can you make deposits through the ATMs during this covid-19 crisis?

Yes you can make deposits via the ATM however, only the ATMs at BOSL branches accept deposits. The instructions are provided on the screen. After inserting your card and entering your PIN you select Deposit, enter the deposit amount, insert your cash or cheque (no coins) into the envelope and insert it into the envelope slot to complete your deposit. 

Cash deposits made before 10 am on weekdays will be reflected on your account by 10 pm the same day. Cash deposits made after 10 am will be reflected on the next business day. Cheque deposits will be reflected within 2 to 3 business days.

Active cards are automatically renewed prior to the expiration date.  Please visit your branch with one form of ID between the hours of 9 am and 12 noon to collect your card.

Do accounts with the Bank of Saint Lucia have International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) to enable money transfer from another country?

BOSL does not carry an IBAN.  Please click here for our wire transfer details.

 Good day Can I set up utility payments myself, or do I have to use bank personnel? Is there a monthly fee attached to setting up these payments? Regards Sabina

Please click on the link for information on how to add your utility accounts to your online banking account.  There is no charge for utility payments.
