 I used the ATM this morning at Massy Cul De Sac, and no cash was dispensed. But I got a receipt showing that my account was credited. Given that the banks are closed. How can I have this rectified?

Funds can be sent to a Bank of Saint Lucia customer from your financial institution via electronic transfer or visiting a branch to deposit funds at the teller wicket.

Please note that we are not authorized to cancel or delete any Debit/Credit Card transactions because the transaction was not conducted directly at the bank but through a third party – a Merchant. A representative will contact you at the soonest.

 If i already had an account with you all and it expired do i still need to forms of id to reopen or should i ask what is needed to reopen an expired account

You would need 2 forms of picture ID and a utility bill as proof of address along with your minimum deposit of $50 and $10 government stamp duty.
