 Hi, I would like to set up a monthly deposit from my account to another BOSL account. Can I request this through the Secure Chat or would I need to come into the bank?

In order to setup a standing order you may visit a Branch or you may forward your instructions via secure e-mail message through Online Banking.  The Secure message forum is located on the Account Listing screen towards the top right hand corner, and can be used by following the instructions below:

  • Click on the Secure message link
  • Select the Tab marked New
  • Populate the fields accordingly
  • Select the submit button

 How do get a credit card. Is there any qualifications needed.

Thank you for your interest!  The Credit Card application process may take up to two weeks and the requirements are as follows:
  • Minimum yearly income of XCD 20000
  • Full time employment in St Lucia for at least one year prior to application
  • Job letter or most recent salary slip
  • Interview process with one of our Customer Relationship Officers

 Why does it take BOSL an entire weekend to transfer salaries to respective accounts.

Please be advised that the salary processing time frame is 24 to 48 hours of the time of receipt.  Employers are made aware of this procedure and are encouraged to make all necessary arrangements to ensure that salaries are received at an appropriate time to ensure the seamless processing.

 I viewed my balance online and I'm seeing $37.92 was removed and I didn't withdraw that amount. Howe did that amount was removed

 how do i register to pay my utility bills online.

The utility account may be added to your existing list of accounts to enable online payments.  The instructions to add the account must be sent via the Secure message feature which is located on the Account Listing screen towards the top right hand corner, and can be used by following the instructions below:

  • Click on the Secure message link
  • Select the Tab marked New
  • Populate the fields accordingly
  • Select the submit button

The account number and the name of the individual on the bill must also be provided.  Should you require any further clarification, kindly contact our Customer Support Centre at 456-6999 to speak with an Agent.

 How long does a refund from paypal takes to reflect on your saving account?

Refunds can take a minimum of (5) five business days to a maximum of (30) thirty business days from the date the transaction was processed by the merchant.  Please continue to monitor your account via Complete Online Banking. If the refund is not reflected on your account within the stipulated time frame please contact the Card Services Department. for further assistance at 456-6141/6181 or cardservices@bankofsaintlucia.com.

How do i view my account number from the online banking? There doesn't seem to be an option.

 I have lost my atm card what procedure should i follow.

Please be advised your existing card can blocked and as such no transactions will be allowed to be processed using the card. A replacement card can be produced within 5 working days and issued to you at a cost EC$31.00.
