 I noted something on Facebook regarding adding your st. Lucia workers credit union to your boslu account like your utilities. Can I get some more information as I would like this account to be added. Please advise Regards Keitha

Please click on the link for information on how to add your utility accounts to your online banking account.  There is no charge for utility payments.

 Hi good day i have been going through my bank statement and i notice memo preauthorized with an amount in red and red brackets. I would like to know what this means ?

Memo pre-authorization refers to purchases made using your International Debit card that have not yet cleared the account.  As such it will be reflected as a hold on the account in the amount of the purchase until the transaction is eventually processed.  A transaction may remain in pre-authorization for up to thirty (30) days.

Should you be in receipt of a cancellation email or notification from the merchant, you may forward to cardservices@bankofsaintlucia.comfor review and release of the funds before the thirty (30) day period.

Please click on the link to the Application Forms.  Download, complete and return the Personal Complete Online Banking Application Form along with one valid form of Government issued picture ID to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com.

 The payment went through for a pos purchase when I checked my accouny today, my card is expired and am stranded abroad since March, I have not received a new card how the payment went through for yesterday, I was told the new card is normally available a month before expiry which would April and i deliverately took out money since April 23rd so that I wont encounter problems, please assist
