Work IDs are not accepted.  We only accept Government issued picture ID (passport, National ID Card and driver's license).

what is the routing number for bosl?

Bank of Saint Lucia Limited does not have a routing however; we have a swift code which is BOSLLCLC

 I just sign in for online banking and wanted to include my accounts for payment but I don't see an option for this. E.g.. Lucelec, Flow, etc

Please forward your instructions via secure e-mail message through Online Banking. The Secure message forum is located on the Account Listing screen towards the top right hand corner, and can be used by following the instructions below:

  • Click on the Secure message link
  • Select the Tab marked New
  • Populate the fields accordingly
  • Select the submit button

Additionally, please include the name(s) listed on the utility bills.

Please visit your branch to request the closure of the Cash Collateral account and request a closed loan letter to take to your employer.

Registered Business account requirements :

  • Certificate of registration of business name
  • Certificate of change of name (where applicable) 
  • Filed statutory declaration
  • Filed statement of particulars(Application for registration by a firm)
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) –where applicable

NB:  A site visit may be necessary to  perform an assessment prior to onboarding

You would need to verify the name of the Merchant, contact our Customer Support Team at 4566999 and have your card blocked and replaced.

there appears to be a problem each time i try to sign up my card to various site that i need it for can the problem be fixed please?

I have a savings account at Bosl and would like to apply for online banking. How does one apply for online banking?

The Complete Online Banking application form can be downloaded by clicking here. Please complete and return the form to any branch of Bank of Saint Lucia.  If you reside overseas kindly scan the forms along with a copy of your ID and email the completed form to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com. Please note that before being emailed, the documents must be notarized and signed where required.

 I am Australian. Can I open a stock brokerage account or checking?

Bank of Saint Lucia does not offer this type of account (Stock Brokerage Accounts).  In order to open a Chequing Account one must establish a relationship with us for a minimum of six (6) months
