Requests to reset your password should be addressed to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com.  A temporary password will be sent to your email address at our soonest.

The Debit Card number is the twelve (12) digit number to the front of the debit card which begins with  4222 XXXX XXXX XXXX.

 What are the requirements needed to have a savings account turned into a joint account?

Please see requirements below:

National-Existing Customer,

  1. Certified copies of 1 forms of valid government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID
  2. Utility bill- If address has changed.
  3. Tax Identification Number (TIN)- where applicable

National-New Customer,

  1. Certified copies of 2 forms of valid government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID
  2. Original Proof residential address (utility bill, bank statement, national ID with address
  3. Letter from employer
  4. Tax Identification Number (TIN)-Where applicable

Non National

  1. Certified copies of 2 forms of valid government issued ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID)
  2. Original Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, national ID with address)
  3. Original Reference letter from banker, lawyer or Accountant(The relationship should be in existence for at least 2 years and letter should be issued on the company’s letter head)
  4. Proof of employment (where applicable, if customer is/ has been employed by a local company)
  5. Tax Identification Number (TIN) –where applicable

Please forward your request via secure e-mail message through Online Banking.  The Secure message forum is located on the Account Listing screen towards the top right hand corner, and can be used by following the instructions below:

  • Click on the Secure message link
  • Select the Tab marked New
  • Populate the fields accordingly
  • Select the submit button

If you are not a holder of an Online Banking account you would require an instruction letter requesting transfer of funds along with a copy of valid identification(Notarized). The Documents may be scanned and emailed to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com or sent by fax to 758-456-6722. Original documents must be mailed to The Manager, Bank of Saint Lucia, #1 Bridge Street, Castries, Saint Lucia, W.I.

For security reasons, account information cannot be provided via this medium.  Please call our Customer Support Centre at 456-6999 or 1 305 501 2931 and after a few security questions have been correctly answered, your account number will be read over the telephone.

A notification of a response is sent to your email address which is tied to your online banking account, however, you must log in to your account to view the resposne.
