 How do I get a card statement on my BOSL Mobile app ?

You will not be able to get a statement using the mobile app however you can via the web browser.

 

How can get a bank statement via online banking in pdf format

When you log in to your online banking account click on the account that you would like to download the statement for. Click the select option drop down and select statement. Click the select option drop down for the statement that you want. Select view pdf. 1. Click the link to download the file or 2. Select Save from the dialog box.

 

I can't get a recent on for this year

From the account listing screen, select transactions from the select option drop down. Select all for the view range (7 days| 15 days | 30 days | All) Scroll down to the end of the transactions and click the print button. Select pdf as the printer option and click the print button.

 I want to sign up for a card. What do I need to do so ?

In order to sign up for a debit card you must have an active savings or chequing account. Please visit any one of our conveniently located branches to apply for an International Debit Card or click here to download the form.  The completed form along with valid picture ID can be emailed to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com.

The card is available for collection in three (3) - five (5) working days after submitting the application.

 Good day, I see an amount of $50.51, memo pre-authorization taken off of my account today April 29th. Please provide explanation since I did not withdraw that amount

Memo pre-authorization refers to purchases made using your International Debit card that have not yet cleared the account.  As such it will be reflected as a hold on the account in the amount of the purchase until the transaction is eventually processed.  A transaction may remain in pre-authorization for up to thirty (30) days.

Should you be in receipt of a cancellation email or notification from the merchant, you may forward to cardservices@bankofsaintlucia.comfor review and release of the funds before the thirty (30) day period.

Good day, when I was applying for the relief programme with nic in the financial part I end up choosing cheque instead of savings. So will that be a problem when receiving the money?

The transaction will still be processed; however NIC should be advised of the correction.

 Hi this is the third email that I have sent concerning this issue with no concrete help.i have nit been able to sign into my online banking account to view my information. I am out of island and so cannot go to the bank personally.can you guide me as to what to do would appreciate you answering since you did not do so last time.thank you

For security reasons, please forward a request to reset your password to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com from the email address on our records.  You will receive a temporary password and further instructions via that email address.

 I keep losing money off my account even when I don’t place any orders. The Bank keeps deducting two dollars. Please stop. Why are you guys doing this especially during these times???
