Am visiting the Rodney Bay area for 2 wks from 19 Feb and been told that I might be better off exchanging cash GBP in St Lucia ? Could you please confirm based on todays rates what I would get in ECD, net of all fees for £500. Thanks

Please be advised that the sterling rate changes daily.  The buy-cash rate for today is 3.29740 therefore 500 Sterling equals EC$1,648.70.  Click here for our daily exchange rates.

I would like to know how much security is needed for a $3500 loan? As i want to apply for consumer loan to go on vacation but i would like to know how much needs to deposited for security towards that amount?
  Replied by: Admin

Travel loans are normally repayable over 12 months.  The security requirements can only be determined after the initial interview with the client.

how long does it take for a direct deposit (cheque) can be accessed via atm?..i mad a deposit yesterday and i still can't access the money deposited for the purpose of paying something. awaiting your favourable response
  Replied by: Admin

Cheque deposits made over the counter are credited to accounts immediately, however, if it is another banks’ cheque it takes three (3) working days to clear before one can access those funds.  If it is a Bank of Saint Lucia cheque, funds can be accessed immediately.

Hello, I now have St Lucian citizenship by parentage and have had plans to build a house in St Lucia fully approved by St Lucia Health and Planning on my land. I am mow looking to apply for a mortgage and would like to receive information on how to do so, as I live and work in the UK. I can see the list of requirements but any guidance will be most appreciated. Look forward to hearing from you. A Cooper
