We will respond to all questions within 24 hours during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am - 9 pm
Saturday: 11 am -7 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm
The only exceptions will be on holidays.

Click here to download the Complete Online Banking Application Form. Download, complete and save the application form. Email the completed form along with one form of ID to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com. You will be contacted upon receipt of the form.

 I signed up for online banking years ago,but I cannot remember my login number now.What do I do?

I forgot my account number.is it possible to send me it asap .I've been calling bowl from morning and messaging via secure message on my online banking no response.

Click on the link to download the application form.  Complete, save and return the form to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com along with a copy of your ID.  You will be contacted upon receipt of the form.

Good day, I already have an account with your establishment, but want to know whether it is possible to set up another savings account online if i'm off island and wish to do so. Can you let me know if this is possible?

Yes it is possible.  Please click on the link, then click the apply now button.  Complete the relevant documents, save and email them to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com along with any other documentation required.

 i tried to reset my pin for my online banking. that process has locked me out and i need help in getting this sorted out.

 I have a PayPal account which allows me to pay certain things and receive money stress free. I got a replacement card and its not allowing me to link it to PayPal. Any advice on what I should do. I just received some money and I can't do anything with it

Replace/update the existing card information on PayPal with the new card and email cardservices@bankofsaintlucia.com to request the verification code.
