 Can you provide more information on your current account? What are the Pendleton fees? Where are your ATM's? What interest is paid? Can I write cheque? Is there a debit card? Is there a penalty if I close my account?

Please be advised that the interest rate on our Savings Accounts is 2% per annum which is paid quarterly.  Please note that there are other forms of investments available.  One of our agents from the Investment Banking Services Unit will contact you at the earliest.

Is it possible to open a business account remotely? My company is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. I am a British and reside in the U.K.

Accounts are not opened remotely as there are a number of requirements which must be submitted to facilitate the account opening process. Please click here for the account opening requirements for corporations.

BOSL does not carry an IBAN, however we do carry a swift code which is BOSLLCLC.  Additional wire transfer information can be found by clicking here.

The requirements for opening an A+ Club Account are as follows:

  • 2 forms of national ID
  • Utility bill (to confirm residential and postal address) if the bill is not in the individual’s name, a confirmation letter from the bill account holder
  • Job letter (new applicants)
  • Birth Certificate for each child

NOTE:  If the Parent/Guardian has an existing savings account with Bank of Saint Lucia, only one form of ID is required plus the Birth Certificates.

Please forward your instructions via secure e-mail message through Online Banking.  The Secure message forum is located on the Account Listing screen towards the top right hand corner, and can be used by following the instructions below:

  • Click on the Secure message link
  • Select the Tab marked New
  • Populate the fields accordingly
  • Select the submit button

Additionally, please include the name(s) listed on the utility bills, the name of utility company and name on the bill.

Outgoing Wire Transfer Requirements:

Please download and complete the payment request form.

The following information is required for send a wire transfer:

  • Beneficiary Bank’s Name
  • Beneficiary Bank’s Address
  • Beneficiary Bank’s ABA/BIC/IBAN/Transit #
  • Beneficiary’s Name
  • Beneficiary’s Address
  • Beneficiary’s Account #
  • Purpose of the transfer

You can bring either the completed form to your nearest branch or have the signed form notarized and faxed to 758-456-6722.

If you have an online banking account, you can scan the signed form and attach it to an email message to onlinesupport@bankofsaintlucia.com. Please note that you must follow up that email with a secure message from your online banking account advising that a form requesting a transfer has been sent along with the details of the transfer. This follow up is proof of the legitimacy of the wire transfer request.

 I recently opened a paypal account but the asking a routing number to link my bank account. What is the routing number so I can transfer my funds and withdraw

Please be advised that Bank of Saint Lucia does not carry a routing number however; we have a SWIFT Code which is BOSLLCLC.  In order to link your account to PayPal, a request must be made to the Bank for the “Code” which you will then supply to PayPal.
