Hello, could you please advise on your fees, (if any), for using a British Visa Debit card to withdraw XCD at one of your ATMs? I know the fees charged by my bank but can't find if there are any fees charged by the BOSL. Thanks and regards. Mike Farleigh

There is no charge when using our ATMs. Please note that there is a daily limit of EC$300.00 on foreign cards.

Accounts can only be opened at BOSL if Registered on island.  Please click here for the requirements for the opening of such an account once Registered.

 Hello, I deposited a cheque into the atm on Saturday December 21st in the morning. I would like to know how long will it take to process the cheque. Thank you.

Cheque deposits made via the ATM on a weekend are processed to the account the following working day.  If the cheque is drawn on another bank it would require three (3) working days to clear.

The basic requirements for a loan would be as follows:

  • Applicant must be 18 years or older and working for at two years and over
  • Valid form of picture ID
  • Recent salary slip
  • Proof of purpose (for instance Balance letters from Financial institutions, an invoice/open bill depending on the purpose of the loan)

The other terms of the loan may vary.  Please call 456 6000 or 456 6999 to schedule an appointment.

The Credit Card application process may take up to two weeks and the requirements are:

  • Minimum yearly income of XCD 20000
  • Full time employment in St Lucia for at least two years prior to application.
  • Job letter or most recent salary slip
  • Interview process with one of our Customer Relationship Officers

The bank teller gave me an account number and i gave it to my employer to pay me but when i went to the ATM to withdraw it showed that i had no money on the account and the reciept had a different number

 I recently made some purchases online and its reflected on my online account that the funds were debited or deducted twice. Can you provide further information as to why this occurred? I await a favorable response.
