Monday to Friday: 8 am - 9 pm
Saturday: 11 am -7 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm

My online banking is asking me to change my pin but I can't remember the old pin because I used my fingerprints to sign in and I would also like to add my bills to my account so I can pay them online. Tanking you in advance for the assistance.

 I was told to request a waiver, I need to submit a letter attached to my husband's layoff letter. Who should it be addressed to?

 I am stuck in the United states due to covid 19 and I am unable to access my online banking. What can be done to reset my username and password.

We are unable to e-mail your COMPLETE ONLINE BANKING ID information to you, as this is a security breach. Since you may have forgotten your COMPLETE ONLINE BANKING ID, please call our Customer Support Centre at 456-6999/13055012931.

 Good day I am trying to access the form where I can ask for a waiver on my loan. However I am only seeing the ones for moratorium and loan restructuring. Can you direct me as to where I can access/fill the waiver form?

The moratorium form is the form that you should use to request a waiver on your loan.

 My mom's debit card expires in May, will she be notified when the new card will be ready.

Once the card is actively in use, the renewal cards are produced prior to the expiry date and will be available at your branch for collection.

You would have received an email confirmation via email after completing the form.  You will be contacted by a bank representative to discuss your application.

 How long do I have to wait to see my balance on my account from a wire transfer sent to me?

Please be advised that wire transfers are not automatically processed.  Once we are in receipt of the wire the funds will be credited to your account and the reflection will show in your available balance.
