In response to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, a number of new safety measures have been introduced to keep our customers, visitors and employees safe. 

1. Virtual Loan Interviews 

Effective immediately, all loan interviews will be conducted virtually using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Bearing in mind, not all customers may be comfortable using the technology, special arrangements can be made within the branches, by way of a sanitized remote room, to facilitate the virtual meetings. Customers can contact their assigned banking officers to arrange the interviews, or set up an appointment using the contact information in the table below.

2. Opening of BOSL accounts by appointment only

Effective immediately, all BOSL bank account openings will be facilitated by appointment only. Appointments can be made directly using the following link:, or via the contact information in the table above. 


3. Service Delays 

In light of the new protocols, customers may experience service delays in branch. We extend our sincere apologies, and encourage our customers as much as possible to utilize the available convenience banking services. 


4. BOSL Convenience Banking Services 

We encourage our valued customers to utilize our convenience banking services for day to day banking transactions, as much as possible. These services which include ATM & Cash Dispenser services, Debit & Credit Cards, Mobile & Online Banking, and Point of Sale Service, provider a safer more convenient means of doing your day to day banking. 


5. Strict Adherence to the Protocols
