Update Your Account Information

We recognize that many aspects of your life may be constantly changing and as such we need to remain in touch with you. 
 
Policies set by the International Regulatory and Supervisory Bodies now make it compulsory for us to undertake regular reviews of our customer data to ensure that records remain up to date and relevant.
 
We are currently embarking on an exercise to update our customer information files (CIF) to satisfy both objectives and in this regard, the staff from the Bank will be contacting you in the weeks ahead. 
 
Please join in our efforts by completing the following:
  1. Click here to download and complete the Customer Update Form.   The completed form can be emailed to CIFProject@bankofsaintlucia.com.
  2. If your address has changed, please include a copy of a utility bill confirming your new address.
  3. Return the Customer Update Form, utility bill and any other documentation via email or post to: CIF Project, Bank of Saint Lucia Limited, P.O. Box 1860, Castries, Saint Lucia.
  4. In some instances, we would need proof of identification, therefore it is important that these are current and have not expired.
** Please note that we will under no circumstances send you an email, text or link requesting your personal details such as bank account and credit card numbers or sign on and password details.
