Additionally, please note the following tips:
1. Avoid Clicking on Suspicious Links: Avoid clicking on links in unsolicited texts, even if they appear to be from the Bank. Instead, log in to the bank’s official website or app directly.
2. Verify Unexpected Alerts: If you receive a text about suspicious activity, low balance, or a blocked account, contact the bank at 4566999 or email bosldigital@bankofsaintlucia.com.
3. Avoid Sharing your Personal or Financial Details: The bank will not ask for sensitive information (passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVV) via SMS.
4. Avoid replying to suspicious messages or calling any numbers provided in the text
5. Check for Obvious Red Flags Look out for poor grammar, urgent threats, or sender numbers that look unusual (e.g., email addresses instead of phone numbers).
