Yes, My Freedom card can be used to pay bills online, or in person, similar to a regular debit or credit card.

BOSL will continue to use the follow tools to safeguard customers.

1. Transaction Monitoring. Manual and automated monitoring systems are used to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. These systems analyze patterns, transaction history, and geographic data to identify suspicious activities.
2. Fraud detection and Prevention. The Bank, through its processor, has advanced fraud detection mechanisms in place to help identify and block potentially fraudulent transactions.
3. Reporting and Dispute Resolution. The Bank has procedures in place to allow cardholders to report unauthorized transactions and dispute any fraudulent charges. Cardholder are encouraged to report any suspicious activity promptly to ensure timely resolution.

The Bank offers the option to block a card temporarily in case of suspected fraud or loss, and also the facility to replace lost, stolen cards, or where suspicious activity has been identified, with a new one. Yes, the card will expire every four years.
